Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping is free on all our items Australia wide.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my item?

A: Orders are shipped 2 days after payment is received. Shipping can take 2 to 8 days depending on your location. Doggie ID Collar range are dispatched about 5 days after payment is received, shipping then takes a further 2 to 5 days.

 

 

Q: Are you able to deliver to PO Boxes?

A: Yes we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, but not on the bulky items.

 

Q: Am I able to pay for an order, but have it sent to someone else's address?

A: Yes you can, just make sure you have the recipient's name on the shipping address details, and when you get to payment option click on "Use a different billing address" to add your details.

 

Q: I need help! Can I speak to someone for assistance?

A: Sure you can use our "Contact Us" page on the bottom of the home page, or if you would like to speak to someone please call 0428 277 653.
